Here are a couple of ideas to get your thoughts going in that direction.

If you are a good leader there are many self-employment ideas for women, which you can choose from. One thing to consider is what are you good at? and whether  you can made into a business or not? You might be surprised about what can actually be made into a business.

For example; cleaning your house, are you efficient and can you do it preserving energy and get the job done within a reasonable time line? If so there is a lot of need for a professional cleaner in any industry.

Cleaning houses for private people or in the industrial world is a lucrative business and one that probably will never go out of style, so to speak.

Good at cooking? Consider opening a catering business, many people have made good money this way. Think of Martha Steward for example. That is how she started out.

Good at writing? Consider writing for a living or extra money. The Internet as we know it today are constantly looking for good content writers. Become a freelancer. Well the possibilities are endless really; all you have to do is the research. It can either be done here online or locally through your library.

Being a good leader is a plus when you are considering self-employment. If everything goes well, you might have to expand and hire others to help you prosper. Whether it is in the cleaning industry, cooking, writing, crafting or anything else you are good at. The possibilities are out there, all you need is the determination to succeed and of course the tools to help you get started.
